POP: Pursuit of Film
POP (Pursuit of Portraits) called all Photographers to attend their Retro Film theme annual Instameet as they team up with Lomography to create awesome portraits by using Film and Lomo Instant Automat Camera to celebrate National Film Day.
The event took place at The Boathouse, Prospect Park, New York where over a dozen film cameras and film roll were handed out to all the attendees. The goal was to take photography back to its roots with film and for photographers to try something new.
Photographers who were able to use the film had a chance to have their film to be developed for free and to be a part of the Exclusive Photo Exhibition back at the Lomography store in East Village, New York to display multiple creative works of Pursuit of Portrait community with the help of the Lomography community.
